The information below describes the sales policies for S2PowerTools™ PRO. S2insight reserves the right to modify these policies at any time and for any reason without notification. Use of S2PowerTools™ PRO is also subject to the Software License Agreement and Privacy Policy.

How much does S2PowerTools™ PRO cost & how is it delivered?

S2insight is currently conducting a Limited Release rollout of S2PowerTools™ PRO to assure the best possible user experience.
You will need an access code to enter our online store to being the purchase process. Contact S2insight at info@s2insight.com if you are interested in participating and to request an access code.

The price in countries outside of the United States is calculated based on the U.S. price in dollars based on the exchange rate and the currency at the time of sale. Renewal pricing is charged at the applicable renewal price then in effect unless otherwise stated in writing.​
Do I have to pay for future updates?
No. Purchase of a subscription allows you access to updates free-of-charge during the active subscription term.

Can I use one license for S2PowerTools™ PRO on multiple computers?
No. A separate License Key is required for each computer. Licensed User accounts may not be shared by multiple individuals.

Which payment types do you accept?
S2insight accepts online payments through our online store, hosted by FastSpring, which acts as our Merchant of Record, and accepts credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Charges, taxes, currency conversion, invoicing, and payment processing may be administered through FastSpring as Merchant of Record and may be subject to FastSpring checkout terms.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. Contact S2insight at info@s2insight.com to initiate purchase via Purchase Order.
Do you charge tax, or other duties?
If your jurisdiction charges sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, those are collected at the time of sale by FastSpring. These costs may be added at the end of the checkout process and are not necessarily displayed on the product selection page.
What type of e-commerce security is used?
E-commerce security is provided by FastSpring.
Where can I download your W-9 form?
We do not sell directly to the public. All sales are from our trusted reseller partner, FastSpring.
How does subscription billing & renewal work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for successive one-year terms on the anniversary of the initial purchase date unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. The renewal fee will be charged on or after the applicable renewal date using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be finalized due to missing or incomplete payment information, the license will be terminated.
How do subscription cancellations work?
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the self-service cancellation link included in your order or subscription emails, or by contacting S2insight at help@s2insight.com. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for a subsequent billing period once your cancellation is processed.
Cancellation requests submitted by email or any other manual channel are effective when processed and confirmed by S2insight, not when sent. Customers should submit cancellation requests with enough lead time before the renewal date and should use the self-service cancellation link for the fastest processing. S2insight does not guarantee a specific processing time for manually submitted cancellation requests. S2insight will endeavor to review and respond to cancellation requests within approximately seven (7) days.
FastSpring operates the subscription management portal and cancellation links as our Merchant of Record. While FastSpring is a well‑established provider, S2insight does not control or guarantee the availability, performance, or operation of any FastSpring website, checkout page, or subscription‑management link.
If you experience any issue accessing your FastSpring subscription‑management link or cannot complete a cancellation through FastSpring, please contact S2insight at help@s2insight.com so that we can assist with processing your cancellation.​
How do subscription refunds work?
A refund request may be submitted only once per individual user and only within thirty (30) days after the earlier of: (a) completion of the initial purchase, or (b) installation and completion of license registration for that individual user. If a refund is granted for an individual user, that same individual user is not eligible for any future refund in connection with any later purchase, renewal, replacement purchase, or purchase made through the same company, affiliate, division, or other purchasing entity.
Refund eligibility is determined by S2insight in its reasonable discretion based on purchase records, registration records, user identifiers, and other information reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, including repeated refund requests associated with the same individual user.​
What is your return policy?
S2insight does not accept returns. Except as expressly stated in the refund provisions above, all sales are final, and S2insight does not offer full or partial refunds or credits for unused portions of an annual subscription, deactivation, uninstallation, reduced usage, or mid-term cancellation. After the 30-day refund period expires, no returns, no complete or partial refunds, and no retroactive cancellation refunds will be issued.
What are the terms of sale?
Use of S2PowerTools™ PRO is subject to the terms of the Software License Agreement and Privacy Policy. These Sales Policies & FAQs govern pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund matters, while the Software License Agreement governs software use and the Privacy Policy governs data handling.
